MONDAY SEPTEMBER 5th

7:30   Meditation

10:00   Open/all level yoga and weekend closing

Weekend begins with yoga at 4:30, dinner and kick-off Friday night. Wrap up and go home Monday after lunch. Three yoga classes a day, levels basic thru advance, in addition to other activities during the day and music/dance parties/campfires into the night. All classes and activities are optional...leave time to swim, hike, rest and play!

Meal Times: Breakfast 8:00 am, Lunch 12:30 pm, Dinner 6:30 pm
