DRIVING

The Abode Mountain Camp is a 3 hour drive from NYC in the Berkshire Mountains in New Lebanon, NY.

TRAIN OR BUS

Take Amtrak or Greyhound to Hudson or Albany (30-45 min taxi to the Abode) or Metro North to Wassaic (an hour and 15 min taxi to the Abode).

RIDESHARE

Join the yoga HOEDOWN facebook page to be hooked up with other hoedowners looking to ride share.
